To confirm your booking a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. Your Booking will not be confirmed until payment is received. 

Your outstanding payment NEEDS to be paid 24hrs prior to your event. If this isn’t paid, we will not be providing our services.

In the event that you will need to cancel or amend your booking, I will try to adhere, however not always will this be possible.

An extra £30 REFUNDABLE security deposit will also be taken 24hrs prior to the event. Your refund will be processed ONCE we have received our items back and there is NO damage.

OUTDOOR INSTALLATIONS – in the event the weather conditions worsen, we will do our upmost best to set up inside, however we have the right to CANCEL any bookings if weather conditions could cause damage to our props. We WILL arrange for another day at your convenience and ours.

Please ensure our props are bought inside at night to prevent any damages.
